How do I book a tour?
Choose a tour from the site, select your preferred dates on the tour page, and complete the booking form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and a member of the team will follow up with any final details before you travel.
Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
Most tours require a deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due closer to departure. The exact split is shown on each tour page before checkout, so you’ll always know what’s due and when.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Yes — changes and cancellations are possible up to the cut-off stated in our booking conditions for each tour. Reach out as early as you can; the closer to departure, the more limited the options tend to be with our local partners.
Do you offer payment plans?
For longer or higher-value journeys, we can often split the balance into more than one payment. Ask us when booking and we’ll confirm what’s possible for that specific tour.
