Arrive on Kos and make your way to the confirmed hotel. Settle in and spend the remainder of the day independently, keeping the first evening flexible around the flight arrival time.
Explore Kos
Discover Kos at your own pace. Possible interests include the Asklepieion, the old town, Neratzia Castle, the Ancient Agora, local beaches and the island's cycling routes; admissions and local transport are independent.
Ferry from Kos to Kalymnos
Check out and travel independently to the port for the confirmed ferry to Kalymnos. On arrival, make your way to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Kalymnos at leisure
Spend a full day on Kalymnos, choosing between harbour towns, beaches, walking landscapes and the island's sponge-diving heritage according to your interests and local conditions.
Ferry from Kalymnos to Leros
Travel independently to the port and board the confirmed ferry to Leros. After checking in, use the afternoon or evening to become familiar with the island base.
Discover Leros
Explore Leros independently, with time for its villages, bays, beaches and layered military and island history. Select activities locally and allow realistic travel time between different parts of the island.
Ferry from Leros to Patmos
Check out and take the confirmed ferry to Patmos. Continue independently to the hotel, then enjoy the island's harbour atmosphere and landscapes at your own pace.
Return by ferry to Kos
Travel from Patmos back to Kos on the confirmed sailing. Make your way to the hotel and keep the remainder of the day free around the ferry arrival time.
Kos or optional Nisyros
Enjoy a final independent day on Kos. An optional Nisyros excursion may be possible only when the seasonal ferry schedule, weather and return timing have been confirmed separately.
Depart from Kos
Check out and travel independently to Kos Airport for the onward journey, allowing sufficient time around the confirmed transfer arrangements and flight schedule.

Nine hotel nights are included: four on Kos, two on Kalymnos, two on Leros and one on Patmos, all with breakfast. The supplier names Maritina, Kalydna Island, Bianco and Skala as examples only. Publish category and island-base wording unless the exact property is guaranteed for the selected dates; supplements and locally payable charges remain dynamic commercial information.
Transport
The package includes four inter-island ferry tickets linking Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos and Kos. Airport transfers and transfers between hotels and ports are not listed as included and must therefore be shown as traveller-arranged unless added to the booking. Sailing times, ports, vessel type, seating and luggage conditions require manual confirmation for the selected dates.
